闹钟响起，夏塔笠就睁开了双眼，她转头看一眼从后抱紧她还在睡的庄宛婷，露出了微笑后轻轻缓慢将庄宛婷的手移开，起身去刷牙洗脸后出来换上运动服。

穿好慢跑鞋打开门、锁上，夏塔笠戴上了耳机，开始跑向清晨五点的暮色中。

音乐第一首是The Veronicas的《Untouched》，前奏先是出现了拉着节奏紧凑的小提琴跟大提琴，接着加入流行动感元素促使夏塔笠的速度也加快了点。
